Brian joined The Alliance Group in 2015 and he currently leads Business Development, Financial Systems and works closely with our IT Staffing practice as we continue our growth in that area. In his role, he also helps oversee aspects of marketing and communications.  He has been involved with helping grow our temporary staffing and client advisory practices to include numerous large technical accounting engagements for large publicly traded and private companies.  Brian also serves as our Government Contracting expert where he manages a large portfolio of government contracting clients across all facets of our firm with an emphasis on financial systems, retained search and interim staffing. In addition to his work at the firm, Brian also founded a nonprofit called CFO Rising, an organization dedicated to helping up and coming finance leaders on their journey to becoming a CFO. He also serves on the board of PRS, a behavioral health and suicide prevention nonprofit based here in Vienna.  Brian lives in Haymarket, VA with his wife Halley and their three children.
