Clay McDonald leads the IT Staffing and Recruiting practice at Alliance.  He has worked within the recruitment industry his entire career having spent more that 12 years with large publicly traded firm prior to joining Alliance. In that role, he successfully launched an office in Richmond, VA and went on to manage several other offices throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. In that span, he coached, managed and developed teams that won multiple sales awards and honors. Clay is focused on success for our clients and candidates by leveraging our teams experience and capabilities. He is also passionate about the development of his staff and fostering an environment where team members can successfully build their careers.

Clay lives in Richmond, VA with his wife Abby and 4 daughters. He is a proud graduate of The University of Florida and lifelong Gator fan.
