Ed Barrow

Managing Partner

Ed is one of the founding partners of The Alliance Group and focuses on executive search and practice management. He serves clients within the government contracting, technology, hospitality, life sciences, and not-for-profit industries. Ed has an established track record of placing financial executives with both for-profit and non-profit clients and helping public accounting professionals transition to opportunities in corporate. Prior to Alliance Ed was the practice director for the DC metro area operations of a national executive search and interim staffing company. He built the practice from ground up to a 20 person, $13M business with multiple service lines and locations. Ed has over 20 years experience leading nationally recognized sales organizations. He is a former CPA who worked as a Controller for a health care company, and an Auditor with Ernst & Young. Ed, his wife, and their three children live in Maryland.
