Emily is the Marketing and Branding Lead at The Alliance Group, where she is passionate about developing and executing creative strategies to elevate the brand. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech, and though she began her career in sales and recruiting, she soon realized her true passion was in the creative side of marketing. At The Alliance Group, she oversees social media, website management, branding, graphic design, photography, internal communication, and copywriting. She thrives on bringing innovative ideas to life and seeing them drive real results. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Cole, and their dog, Palmer. They love being outdoors, hiking, running, and taking walks together as a family.
