Erica Staedeli

Erica Staedeli is a Consulting Manager at The Alliance Group. Prior to joining Alliance, Erica was a Senior at EY in the Assurance Practice in Baltimore with four years of experience. During her career, she has served various public and private clients, including those in the biotechnology and consumer products industries. Erica graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and received her Masters of Science in Accounting at the University of Maryland College Park.  In her free time, Erica enjoys playing beach volleyball, listening to live music, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
