Grace is a Senior Consultant in the Alliance Group’s Advisory practice. Prior to joining Alliance, she was a Senior Associate in PwC Toledo’s Assurance Practice and earned her CPA license. During her 2 years at PwC, Grace was exposed to engagements of both public and private companies in the Oil & Gas and Diversified Infrastructure Services industries. She has experience with first year audits, mergers & acquisitions, internal controls and substantive testing, the application of technical accounting standards, and the SEC Reporting process. Grace obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting specialization from Bowling Green State University in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys taking care of her three dogs, watching football, and crafting with her Cricut.
