Harsh is a Consulting Manager at The Alliance Group. He has over 6 years of experience with a mix of public accounting and private industry experience. He has broad exposure to Manufacturing, Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors. Harsh has strong SEC Reporting exposure within SOX controls environment, including strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting background. Three of his most memorable achievements in his career were helping a publicly traded company perform SEC reporting for its acquisition while at EY, complete end to end audit of a newly engaged private company while at PwC, and streamlining/documenting accounting procedures while in private industry. Harsh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Old Dominion University in 2016 and obtained his CPA license in 2018. He enjoys biking, yoga, working out, and spending time with family.
