Ji Yeon is a Manager in Client Advisory Practice at The Alliance Group. With seven years of professional services experience at EY, Ji Yeon has been exposed to both SEC registrants and private companies in various industries including technology, cybersecurity, biopharmaceutical, transportation, and telecommunication. She has developed extensive expertise in SEC reporting, SOX 404 compliance, and various complex and technical accounting matters. Ji Yeon currently holds a CPA license in Virginia. Ji Yeon graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Master of Accounting Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. In her free time, Ji Yeon enjoys traveling to immerse herself in different cultures and environments, going out for a stroll, cooking different cuisines, skiing, and golfing.
