Before joining Alliance, Katie spent 5 years as a top performer for Randstad’s Business Professionals team based out of Baltimore, Maryland, specializing in office and administrative placements. Katie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland where she was also a division one cheerleader (go Terps!) At Alliance, Katie’s focus is attracting and building relationships with passive job seekers to find their forever home in their next opportunity. When she’s not busy placing finance and accounting professionals in their dream role, you can find Katie at the beach, traveling, hiking, watching sports (go Ravens and Caps!), enjoying live music and spending time with her husband, friends and family!
