Megan is an outgoing, motivated, and hardworking Executive Recruiter at The Alliance Group. As an Executive Recruiter at Alliance, Megan loves the opportunity to develop relationships with talented professionals and help them find exceptional job opportunities that align with their unique career aspirations. Before joining Alliance, she was an audit associate at Dixon Hughes Goodman for 3 years. While she was in public accounting, Megan realized that crunching numbers and reviewing workpapers was not her passion. Rather, meeting new people and forming meaningful connections was what made her truly happy. Megan is originally from Fairfax, VA and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). She enjoys cooking, traveling, watching Hokie Football, and hanging out with her friends and family.
