Mikayla is a Senior Consultant at The Alliance Group in the Client Advisory Practice. Before joining Alliance, Mikayla was an Audit Senior at Deloitte (Cleveland from September 2019 – March 2023 & Denver from March 2023 – October 2023) and earned her CPA license. In her 4 years at Deloitte, Mikayla was exposed to both public and private companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and tree care spaces. Mikayla obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting in 2018 and a Master of Business Administration in 2019, both from John Carroll University. In her free time, she enjoys exploring her new home state of Colorado, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.
