Mike Ruben is a Director with The Alliance Group, where he provides Accounting & Finance Direct Hire Recruitment, Client Advisory, Financial Systems, Interim Staffing, and Technology Staffing services to companies in South Florida and beyond. Prior to Alliance, Mike was with a private equity backed Recruiting Firm where he established a South Florida Accounting & Finance Direct Hire Recruitment business. From a baseline of zero in Florida, Mike filled 150+ positions, generating $3M+ in revenue in 4+ years. He previously spent 9 years growing the South Florida market of an employee-owned Accounting & Finance Recruiting Firm, running a Direct Hire Recruitment Desk while also managing the growth of the market’s Interim Staffing business. Mike graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a proud Hurricane Club member and football season ticket holder. When he’s not rooting on his Hurricanes, Mike is volunteering in the Boca Raton Little League baseball program or traveling with his family.
