Nicholas Palacio is the leader of our Real Estate and Financial Services vertical. Nicholas focuses exclusively on Executive Search within all aspects of accounting/finance with a specialty on public accounting transition, technical accounting, financial reporting, internal audit and FP&A. He also works with many of our clients within the government services space, particularly USAID contractors. Nicholas has worked as an executive recruiting manager and business development manager within a large public accounting firm prior to joining The Alliance Group. Some of Nicholas’s professional accomplishments include the following: Successfully completing multiple CFO, CAO, Controller, VP of Financial Reporting and various high level technical accounting and policy searches within Fortune 500 Companies in the financial services, real estate, consulting and government services.
