Nicole Holden, CPA is a Vice President in accounting advisory commercial practice at The Alliance Group.  Nicole brings over 20 years of professional experience working with a global client base.  Nicole leverages a strong background in technical accounting and risk management to assist clients with new accounting pronouncements implementation, focusing on revenue recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842), and advisory projects including business combinations, consolidation, and restatements. Prior to joining the consulting practice, Nicole served as a regulator for the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, worked as an assistant controller for a publicly held green energy company and a director in KPMG advisory practice. In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, training her poodle, and hiking with her two children.
