Nicole is the Practice Leader of the Financials Systems Consulting team at The Alliance Group. Nicole has over 20 years of Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology experience. Serving as a member of the Finance Leadership Team and Business Transformation Office for a $1.5B+ organization, Nikki was responsible for successfully leading teams through Finance related technology-based transformation initiatives. Nicole has also managed long term finance organization strategic planning and complex ERP and CRM solution implementations for clients with Deltek Costpoint, T&E, GCS, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Hyperion, OneStream, Cognos, Integrify and UKG.
