Shipra Shukla

Shipra is a Director in the Client Advisory practice at The Alliance Group. Before joining Alliance, she served as a Senior Manager in the Assurance practice at the EY Iselin New Jersey office. Shipra has worked with publicly traded and privately held companies across various industries, including manufacturing, technology, media, telecommunications, retail, and life sciences. She has developed expertise in the application of SEC rules and regulations, accounting and reporting requirements under US GAAP and IFRS, and corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and various equity and debt offerings. She is an active NJ CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and listening to music.
