Tyler Cox is a Consulting Senior Manager at The Alliance Group. In his role, he assists our clients in meeting their accounting goals through understanding, enhancing, and executing their business processes. Tyler was previously a Senior with the Northeast Area Assurance Services Group of Ernst & Young LLP with over four years of experience. During his career, he has served various types of and sizes of clients, including those in the biotechnology, business services, healthcare, retail and software industries. Tyler has developed extensive expertise in SEC reporting and SOX 404 compliance. He has assisted his clients in dealing with complex transactions such as business combinations and ongoing compliance with new and existing rules and accounting pronouncements. Tyler graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland in 2014. In his free time, Tyler enjoys golfing, traveling, and attending concerts and sporting events.
