THE WASHINGTON POST NAMES THE ALLIANCE GROUP A 2024 TOP WASHINGTON-AREA WORKPLACE
Vienna, VA June 24, 2024 – The Alliance Group has been named one of The Washington Post’s 2024 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. This year’s honorees include technology companies, government contractors, real estate firms and financial service providers.
“For more than a decade, The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list has served as an essential resource for D.C.-area professionals, equipping them with unparalleled insight into the best local companies to work for, as heard directly from their employees,” said Bronwen Latimer, the editor for Special Initiatives at the Washington Post. “This year we have highlighted 250 companies — more than ever before — giving a more robust picture of the current employee experience in the area.”
“Being recognized as a top place to work means a lot to our leadership team. We’ve really tried to maintain a family-like atmosphere even though we’ve been an aggressive growth company for the last ten years. Our leaders create great cultures within their practices and they’re thoughtful about individual development plans and growth. We’ve also worked to enrich our benefits and incentive offerings to really reward our employees for the hard work that comes with working in a consulting organization. Above all of that, it’s critical that our people care about the work they do and feel that it’s making a difference. We aim to be mindful of that as we engage with clients to ensure there’s alignment with the work that excites our talented team. We truly believe in being ‘the official sponsor of weekends,’ promoting our people to work with flexibility and take the time they need for their personal lives, families, and hobbies,” said Brian Meadows, Partner at The Alliance Group.
The Washington Post hosted an awards ceremony on Thursday, June 20 to recognize the top-ranked companies. For more about The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces and to see the full list of this year’s honorees, visit link.
