• $200M Technology Company: Staff and Senior Accountant Backfill for SAP Systems Conversion. Our client’s SAP implementation required significant involvement from their existing staff. Our Staff and Senior Accountant temporaries provided the backfill needed to handle day to day general ledger maintenance while existing staff focused on the conversion.
• Educational Software Company: Maternity Leave Our temporary Accounting Manager was used as a “bridge” to cover the two weeks prior to the maternity leave, the actual leave period, and two weeks after so the existing Manager could make an easy transition back to work. A retention bonus was utilized to ensure our candidate completed the assignment.
• $100M Not-for-Profit Agency: Interim Director of Finance Our client had an immediate need for a Director of Finance given the incumbent’s unexpected departure. Having our interim resource in place allowed for a less frantic search for the full time candidate. Ultimately our interim Director was offered the position and gladly accepted
