• We are thrilled to announce a 50% increase in our headcount, a testament to the dedication and talent of our team.
• Our Client Advisory team spearheaded an impressive 112 projects.
• The Financial Systems Team made significant strides with 48 clients served and 52 projects completed, showcasing our expertise in financial systems consulting.
• With 162 projects in Interim Staffing and 140 completed searches in Executive Search, we continue to excel in providing top-notch staffing solutions to our clients.

Recognitions and Accolades

• For the seventh consecutive year, we proudly secured our place on the prestigious Inc 5000 List of Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies.
• The Washington Post honored us for the second year running as one of the Top Workplaces in the DC metro area, reaffirming our commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• We made our debut on the Baltimore Business Journals as a Best Place to Work, further validates our impact and presence in the region.

Celebrating Success Together

• Our annual trip to Punta Cana was a resounding success, bringing our entire company and their loved ones together for a memorable celebration. This year, we’re eagerly anticipating our trip to Puerto Rico, filled with excitement and camaraderie.

 

Making a Difference Beyond Business

• Our commitment to giving back was evident during our “Week of Giving” in September, where we lent a helping hand to local communities in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, and Orlando.
• We proudly supported the EOD Warrior Foundation by participating in a 5K and Half Marathon race in June, standing united for a noble cause.
• Our participation in PRS, Inc.’s 3rd annual golf tournament raised over $83,000 for their outpatient therapy program, underscoring our dedication to supporting mental health and suicide prevention.

As we look ahead to 2024, we are filled with optimism and excitement for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
