Company-Wide Events
Four times a year, we bring the entire Alliance team together by flying in people from across the country to share the same room, the same table, and the same energy. These aren’t mandatory team-building exercises. They’re genuinely something our people look forward to.
Depending on the quarter, that might look like a happy hour, a trivia night, a holiday celebration, or something we haven’t tried yet. Whatever the format, the goal is always the same: connect, celebrate, and have a great time together.
Our December gathering is one of the highlights of the year, a chance to close out the year as a firm, recognize the people who made it happen, and head into the holidays feeling like the team we are.
